About me
My journey began with my own health struggles, which sparked a deep passion for holistic healing. With a BSc and MSc in Psychology, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Dip.Nut w/ Distinction), and certification as a Yoga Therapist, I combine science-backed nutrition, psychology, lifestyle, and movement practices to gently and sustainably restore balance.
My approach is intuitive yet deeply investigative, focusing on uncovering the root cause behind symptoms. Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, gut health issues, or weight management challenges, my goal is to empower you to reconnect confidently with your body and reclaim lasting wellness.
