A woman's body moves through several profound transitions in her lifetime — birth, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause. Each one is one of the most extraordinary physiological transformations in human biology. Some women arrive at me through one of these transitions. Others arrive through other seasons — chronic depletion, unresolved stress, the slow accumulation of carrying more than they wanted to carry. What all of it shares is a body that has become depleted and dysregulated, and a woman who no longer feels at home in herself.
The exhaustion that doesn't lift with rest.
The rage that arrives without warning.
The guilt, brain fog, and the symptoms that are easy to misread as failure.
The feeling of being a stranger to yourself.
None of this is failure.
None of it is who you are.
It is what a depleted body looks like when it is asking for what it needs.
My role is to help you investigate the root causes of these imbalances and address them — nutritionally, neurologically, and somatically. This is the journey back to yourself. I combine three evidence-based approaches — nutritional therapy, psychology, and yoga and fascia release — to address the deep interconnectedness of your physical and psychological health. This is not surface-level work. It is a foundational, root-cause approach — designed for the woman who is ready to do it, who is finally ready to choose herself.
