Each session offers a space to reset, release tension, cultivate presence, and build strength — allowing for recovery from the demands of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Baby Massage + Yoga

Move, bond, and nurture together (for babies 8-weeks+)

This class combines gentle movement with the art of baby massage, helping you deepen the bond with your little one.
