Workshops, Ceremonies,
& Classes
Live work and community offerings — for women in any of the body's great transitions.
The 1:1 work I offer is deep and personal. The work on this page is different — it is gathered. Sometimes the body asks for the ritual that only a circle can hold. Sometimes the practice lands more deeply in company than alone. These are the offerings for those moments.
Cerrar la Cadera / Closing the Bones Ceremony
For the postpartum mother — for women in the months and years after birth. Postpartum is not a season, it is a passage, and the passage deserves to be closed.
For the woman in transition — for any woman ready to mark a closing — the end of the reproductive years, a grief, a chapter, a version of herself that is ready to be laid down.
28-day Postpartum Nourish-a-thon
To bring a circle of friends together to learn about the fundamentals of postpartum nutrition and collectively prepare a 28-day starter kit of nutrient-dense, freezer-friendly meals, snacks, and drinks for an expecting mother.
Yoga &
Fascia Release Classes
A slow, somatic practice for any woman ready to work with her body differently.
Yoga and Fascia Release is the practice I have built my own movement work around. It is unhurried, intelligent, and works directly with the fascial body — the connective tissue that holds the architecture of every other system in the body.
Combining elements of yoga that and the practice of letting go. Movement intertwined with long-held positions, fascia-specific release and slow integrative breath. The pace allows the nervous system to catch up with what the body is being asked. Tissues that have been bracing — sometimes for years — begin to remember softness. Mobility returns without forcing. Strength rebuilds from the inside out rather than from the surface in.
Each class explores a different region of the body:
Upper body — shoulders, neck, jaw, the holding patterns of the everyday
Lower body — hips, lower back, legs, the deep architecture
Whole body integration — connecting the fascial chains, the long lines of the body
Face, head, and the cranial map — the subtle work that few practices reach
Over time, the body builds a fuller, more articulate relationship with itself. The pieces start to know each other again.
Who these classes are for
These classes are for any woman ready to work with her body in this way — postpartum (once cleared for movement by your doctor or midwife), in perimenopause or menopause, navigating a hormonal or life transition. No previous yoga experience is needed. The practice meets you where you are.
