1. About ResetPostpartum
ResetPostpartum is a nutritional therapy and yoga/fascia release practice operated by:

ResetPostpartum provides personalised nutritional therapy, functional test interpretation, protocol writing, and yoga/fascia release sessions for women at the preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum stages of life.
ResetPostpartum operates as a sole trader and is not a medical practice. The services provided are complementary health and wellness services and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please see Section 9 (Disclaimer) for full details.
2. Services included
The following services are included within the ResetPostpartum programme:
First month (one-time payment):
One 90-minute initial consultation
A full personalised health protocol covering nutrition, mindset, movement, and daily rhythms
Four weekly 15-minute check-in calls
Three personalised yoga and fascia release sessions, tailored to your level and needs, and recorded for you to keep and use beyond the programme
From month two onwards (monthly subscription):
One 45-minute monthly review consultation
Continued weekly 15-minute check-in calls
Protocol updates as your body responds and progresses
Interpretation of any private functional test results (HTMA, DUTCH, blood panels, GI Map, DNA testing, or similar) and any associated protocol tweaks — included within the monthly fee
Private testing costs:
If you choose to undertake any private functional testing, the cost of the test itself is your responsibility and is not included in the programme fee. The interpretation of results, any protocol adjustments, and all practitioner time spent on test review is included within the monthly subscription fee at no additional charge.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as follows:
FIRST MONTH FEE — £425/€485] — one-time payment due before services commence
£100/€115 per month — recurring monthly subscription, billed automatically from month two onwards
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment you authorise Stripe to charge the relevant amount to your payment method. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by ResetPostpartum.
Services will not commence until the first month payment has been received and confirmed. Your place is not secured until payment is complete.
All fees are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes. ResetPostpartum reserves the right to update its fees with reasonable notice to existing clients.
4. Cancellation policy
Consultations and check-in calls:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any booked appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited and will not be rescheduled without charge. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to be flexible where reasonable.
Monthly subscription:
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no notice required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing month. To cancel, please notify us by email or cancel directly via your Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation by ResetPostpartum:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
5. Refund policy
First month payment:
The first month payment is non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place or the intake questionnaire has been reviewed in preparation for your consultation. This reflects the significant preparation and practitioner time invested from the moment you join the programme.
If you wish to cancel before your initial consultation has taken place and before your questionnaire has been reviewed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
Monthly subscription:
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. No partial month refunds are issued.
Exceptional circumstances:
We always aim to act with fairness and compassion. If you are experiencing exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
6. Your responsibilities as a client
To get the most from the programme and to ensure we can work together safely and effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health history, medications, supplements, and any relevant diagnoses
Inform us immediately of any significant changes to your health, medications, or circumstances
Attend booked appointments on time or provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule
Complete your intake questionnaire before your initial consultation where possible
Engage with the programme in good faith and take reasonable steps to follow the protocol as agreed
Seek emergency medical attention immediately if you experience any urgent or serious health concerns — these services are not a substitute for emergency or acute medical care
7. Confidentiality
All information you share with ResetPostpartum is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal and health information will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.

8. Intellectual property
All protocols, written materials, resources, session recordings, and content provided to you as part of the ResetPostpartum programme are created for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials provided to you without prior written permission from ResetPostpartum.
Yoga and fascia release session recordings provided to you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, uploaded, or redistributed.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This section contains important information about the nature and limitations of the services provided.
ResetPostpartum provides complementary health and wellness services. Nina Howes is a certified nutritional therapist and yoga practitioner. These services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified medical professional.
Nothing shared during consultations, in written protocols, or in any materials provided by ResetPostpartum should be interpreted as medical advice. You are strongly encouraged to consult your GP, midwife, obstetrician, or other qualified healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your diet, supplements, or lifestyle, particularly during pregnancy.
Functional test results are interpreted using a nutritional therapy and functional medicine framework. Interpretations are provided for educational and wellness purposes and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
ResetPostpartum accepts no liability for any adverse outcomes arising from your use of the services, provided that reasonable professional care has been taken. Our total liability to you in connection with these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Where a client is based in Spain or another EU member state, applicable EU consumer protection laws will also apply and are not excluded by these terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall first be addressed through good faith discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
